The Agenda, the Purpose and the Intentions

"Marketing" as a concept is a congregation of a rainbow of activities, starting from identification of the target market, extending it to understanding the customer requirements, rolling out the product, implementing Ad campaigns to increase the awareness, converted to sales and following up with the consumer to provide after sales services and obtain valuable feedback.
In this blog, I will make an attempt to decode, analyze, mark out the pros and cons of some of the plethora of Marketing practices that are implemented by the firms to understand their customers, bring out their products, attempt to establish their brand names, pick up a brand ambassador, and retain their customers.
I will not restrict myself to the ad campaigns and try to go beyond and analyze how the brand has performed/is performing viz a viz the psyche of an Indian customer.
